Nokia 5800 firmware updated to v 60.0.003 , with many new features

The Nokia 5800 got new firmware update v60.0.003. Many new features, total increase in system performance, fixed several bugs and brings out the latest features.The update is currently rolled out for U.S ans Europe versions and will out for the rest of world soon.The update is currently downloaded via OTA (Over-The-Air), or via the software NSU (Nokia Software Updater).
 

 
This update is 7.2 MB in size .No official changelog yet but user which installed this update, reports following feature of this update :

• Swipe to Unlock
• No emoticons.
• The update size is 7277 kB
• Speed has doubled
• The phone is more stable
• The music is a little bit louder
• Around 55,6MB free RAM with JBak, PocketLock and roaming Guard active
• No new dialer
• Menu and Photo browser more fast and reactive
• Maps 3.06(637), Qt 4.07(3)
• Nokia Store 1.16(6) - no update

The Nokia 5800  has the option  of UDP (User Data Preservation), so as not remove any data during the upgrade. But you should back up your data before update to avoid any problem.
