- First, Go to 'Tools' tab in VLC media player.
- Select 'Effects & Filters' from drop down menu in VLC media player.
- After this, click on 'Video Effects', listed all above 'Effects and Filters'.
- In lower tabs, select 'Geometry' option.
- Now, check 'Transform' checkbox and select an angle and press close.
