Anna Hazare's team launched website for Lokpal bill campaign publicity

 Today, Anna Hazare is the face of India's fight against corruption. He has taken that fight to the corridors of power and challenged the government at the highest level. His organization - the Bhrashtachar Virodhi Jan Andolan (People's movement against Corruption). His tool of protest - hunger strikes. And his prime target - politicians.

Hazare began his fast unto death on 5 April 2011 at Jantar Mantar in Delhi to press for the demand to form a stronger anti-corruption bill with stronger penal actions and more independence to the Lokpal and Lokayuktas ,was rejected by the Prime Minister of India Manmohan Singh.

On 8 April 2011 the Government of India accepted all demands of the movement. On 9 April 2011 it issued a notification and forms a committee.On the morning of 9 April 2011 Hazare ended his 98-hour hunger strike .He addressed the people and set a deadline of 15 August 2011 to pass the Lokpal Bill.
The bill drafted by committee is not shown up in cabinet and a weaker bill made by govt. officials passed and sent to parliament. Anna criticized the Government for trying to weakens the Lokpal Bill and threatened to go on indefinite fast again from 16 August 201.

To provide "standard publicity material" for social activist Anna Hazare's anti-corruption movement, the Anna's team India Against Corruption (IAC) has launched site-http://www.iacbranding.org .The graphics and designs can be downloaded for use in campaigns supporting Hazare, added Lal, a Lucknow-based graphics designer.The website is functional since Friday. People from various cities have started sharing their own publicity materials that could be used for the campaign .
